Emaar Properties launched a master development offering residential solutions in a self-sustained community in November 2019. The project located on the outskirts of Dubai is known as The Valley. Tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the mainland, it can be spotted on the Dubai – Al Ain Road (E66), a major highway connecting Sharjah with Dubai.
